How to Measure

A. Shoulder Width
Stand upright with your shoulders relaxed—do not shrug or slouch.

Place the measuring tape flat across the back of your shoulders and measure the distance between the two shoulder points.

B. Chest
Stand upright without slouching. Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, measuring all the way around.

C. Waist
Stand upright without deliberately pulling in your stomach. Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist, measuring all the way around.

D. Hips
Stand upright with your legs together. Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, measuring all the way around.
