Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

1. 7-Day Review Period

  • FYNE offers a 7-day review period from the date of delivery (including weekends and public holidays).
    This is a cooling-off period, not a trial period.
  • Items may be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unopened, and free from stains or damage.
  • If you receive a defective item, please provide clear photos so we can determine whether the issue is related to the product or shipping.
  • To request a return, please submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order via the order message section on our website and include the following information:
    1. Full name
    2. Order number
    3. Contact phone number
    4. Item(s) to be returned
    5. Reason for return and photos

2. Return Policy

  • Return Process

    1. Log in to My Account  Orders → select View → Click [ Request Return], select the item(s), and fill in the return quantity, reason, return method, and refund details,  then Submit the request.
    2. Once submitted, return details will be shown on screen and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email addres
    3. 7-Eleven Returns:

  • After receiving the return code, please return the item at a 7-Eleven store within 7 days
  • Recommended package size:

  Total dimensions (L + W + H) ≤ 105 cm

            Single side length ≤ 45 c

            Suggested size: 45 × 30 × 30 cm

  • Important Note

    1. Partial returns are supported. If the remaining order total (after discounts) falls below the free shipping threshold of NT$2,000, a shipping fee of NT$100 will be deducted from the refund.
    2.  Returns can only be requested for orders marked as Delivered or Picked Up, and within the return period.
    3.  Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging.
    4.  Each order is eligible for one free return. Additional returns will require customers to cover round-trip shipping fees (starting from NT$95).
    5.  Promotional orders are eligible for full-order returns only. Partial returns are not accepted for special promotions. FYNE reserves the right of final interpretation for all promotional activities.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available once per order, limited to the same style and color in a different size.
  • Items must be brand new, unused, and free from damage.
  • Exchange shipping is free of charge.
  • Once an exchange is completed, returns are no longer accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items


Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Requests made after the 7-day review period
  • Items that have been used, washed, or stained (e.g. makeup marks)
  • Missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or gifts
  • Items with odors (e.g. perfume, smoke) or signs of abnormal wear
  • Intimate items (e.g. underwear, leggings, socks)
  • Damage caused by improper washing (deformation, color bleeding, shrinkage)
  • Damaged or altered packaging
  • Removed or cut tags
  • Records of excessive or abusive returns


5. Refund Processing


  • After the returned items pass inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
