- Important Note
- Partial returns are supported. If the remaining order total (after discounts) falls below the free shipping threshold of NT$2,000, a shipping fee of NT$100 will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns can only be requested for orders marked as Delivered or Picked Up, and within the return period.
- Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging.
- Each order is eligible for one free return. Additional returns will require customers to cover round-trip shipping fees (starting from NT$95).
- Promotional orders are eligible for full-order returns only. Partial returns are not accepted for special promotions. FYNE reserves the right of final interpretation for all promotional activities.

3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available once per order, limited to the same style and color in a different size.
- Items must be brand new, unused, and free from damage.
- Exchange shipping is free of charge.
- Once an exchange is completed, returns are no longer accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Requests made after the 7-day review period
- Items that have been used, washed, or stained (e.g. makeup marks)
- Missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or gifts
- Items with odors (e.g. perfume, smoke) or signs of abnormal wear
- Intimate items (e.g. underwear, leggings, socks)
- Damage caused by improper washing (deformation, color bleeding, shrinkage)
- Damaged or altered packaging
- Removed or cut tags
- Records of excessive or abusive returns
5. Refund Processing
- After the returned items pass inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
